Shannon Delany has done it again. With this stunning second book in the 13 To Life series, she made me fall in love with Russian werewolves all over again! Secrets and Shadows is definitely a fitting title for this book, because it is absolutely filled with them. It was a heart-pumping, thrill ride of a novel, her characters are strong, deep and are hiding more than meets the eye. Action and intrigue fills every page, I simply couldn't put this book down. The ending will leave you searching for more and your blood pumping in anticipation the next installment: Bargains and Betrayals.
