Destiny Binds by Tammy Blackwell

Destiny Binds:
Scout Donovan is a girl who believes in rules, logic, and her lifelong love of Charlie Hagan. Alex Cole believes in destiny, magic, and Scout. When Alex introduces Scout to the world of Shifters, men who change into wolves or coyotes during the full moon and Seers, women who can see your most private thoughts and emotions with a mere touch, the knowledge changes everything and everyone Scout thought she knew.

This surprising debut from Tammy Blackwell, had me hooked from the beginning. It was incredibly well written and completely addicting; action, danger and romance fill every page. I love werewolves (as you all know), and the main character, Scout, falls for one. The story was unique with the classic love triangle to rack up the tension. Scout is an interesting character, and I'm wondering if there is more than meets the eye with her, I'm definitely looking forward to more in this series from Tammy.

Scout is just your average high school senior; she's strong and independent, yet a just a little bit shy. Her whole world is tossed upside down when a new student, Alex, enters her life. Suddenly her brother and his best friend, Charlie (and Scout's long-time crush) are extremely protective of her. But their warnings for her to stay away from Alex go unheeded as her attraction for him grows. Nothing is as it appeared to Scout; her best friend is revealed to be a Seer (a psychic) and both her brother and Charlie are shifters. As her feelings for Alex grow, Charlie begins to confess his own feelings for Scout. Caught in the middle, Scout becomes injured as the boys battle for dominance, and their lives will be forever changed as blood flows across the battlefield.
