Month In Review: June

Books I read and their "Dragon Hearts of Love" rating:

1. Next of Kin by Sharon Sala 4
A great start to a new series in which I can’t wait for more. I enjoyed the characters and the romance. There was tension and danger that kept me turning pages long into the night.

2. Stay by Deb Caletti 3
Although I really enjoyed the story, I think I might have given it a higher rating if the pace had been a little quicker. I absolutely loved the characters, and I will be definitely be trying this author again in the future.

3. Blood and Silver (ARC) by James R Tuck 5
WOW! And I though the first book was incredible! The characters are amazing, the danger, the tension, the unexpected romance. It all just keeps getting better in this series.

4. North of Beautiful by Justina Chen Headley 5
It’s hard to briefly say what I loved about this book, because I loved everything about it. The author did an amazing job showing Terra’s trip to China, there were times I felt I was really there too.

5. Shadow's Edge (ARC) by J.T. Geissinger 4
This was a strong start to a new shifters series; you all know how much I love me some shifters! The romance was hot and the author has a unique vision and I’m looking forward to reading more in the future.

6. Reaper by Rachel Vincent 5
First of all it's all about Tod! And second it's a part of the Soul Screamers series,  my favorite young adult series to date.
